Some more stuff from Visual Studies. This time they’re all self portraits and all from life. Life is hard when you’re drawing yourself. Think I did okay though. Let’s ignore the fact that my eyes aren’t big enough or far apart enough in the last image. Reality tricked me (“no, don’t be silly, my eyes can’t possibly be that bug-like. oh, wait…”).

Hi all. This is my solution to a project entitled “Book Covers”, where we were given hypothetical book titles and asked to come up with a cover for a paperback. I chose “A Beautiful Riot” and decided it should be about coming to terms with and overcoming bipolar disorder.
